Return Policy

  • RETURNS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. Refunds are not issued to your method of payment. Please take time to select your purchase and we will respond to any questions you have in regard to style or size. You may reach us at SHOPJESSIEBLUE@GMAIL.COM or by phone at 701.630.4766.

    We will issue you a store credit for any returns and store credit never expires. It will be sent to you in the form of an electronic gift card via the email on file for your account. ALL FLASH SALES, SALE, CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Accessories include: jewelry, purses, scarves, hats, belts, intimates. 

  • Returned products must be received within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order. 

  • When choosing in store pick-up, your 20 calendar days begin day of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of misuse, wear, odor, stains, damage or alteration. ALL items must be returned with tags/stickers attached.

  • Shoes, home decor items, and any pre-packaged items must be returned in their original shoe box or product packaging AND with original tags or stickers. Damages to the product packaging will make the item ineligible for return. Please place these items in a separate return shipping box to protect the packaging during shipment. Shipping costs for the return of such items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Gift cards, sale items, intimates, accessories, food/beverage items, fragrances, cosmetics and bath products are not eligible for return.

 

How To Return Your Item

Please ensure your item is eligible for return by reading through our Return Policy above. 

  • Download and complete the return form (click here)

  • Repackage your items in the package you received them in or acceptable envelope/package to protect merchandise.

  • Enclose a copy of the receipt along with the Return Form INSIDE the package.

  • Ship your item(s) to:

  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We suggest tracking your package to ensure delivery.

  • Once your item is received, we will process your store credit within 3 business days. 

  • If you are from the Fargo, North Dakota or the surrounding area and wish to bring your item to our store, you may deliver it to the address above. Please note, however, that your return will still need to go through the same process through our online system and the associate will not be able to do an immediate transaction for you in the store. You will be issued a receipt for drop-off and we will treat the item as if it was returned via postal delivery service.
